  2. What does a Online Locally relationship mean?

A Online Locally relationship enables advertisers to easily and effectively market their businesses locally through the placement of Search Engine keyword ads, Internet Yellow Pages ads and Geo-Targeted Banner ads to reach customers who are searching for products and services online. Online Locally can help you cost-effectively target qualified customers interested in your product, in your neighborhood. Through a Online Locally relationship, advertisers may also develop campaign-specific destination pages (web sites) to direct potential customers. Advertisers may log into their Online Locally relationship at all times to get information regarding the number of leads (phone calls, e-mails, web site visits, etc.) their online campaign has generated.

  10. I already have accounts with Overture and Google. How does my Online Locally account relate to those accounts?

At this time, your Online Locally account is separate from any existing accounts you may have previously established with other publishers, including Overture and Google. Some Online Locally advertisers have existing Google and Overture accounts and manage their national campaigns through them, but then establish a Online Locally account in order to simplify the work in managing regional or local campaigns. Through a Online Locally account, there is no need for an advertiser to go through the work of opening up accounts with every single publisher, as Online Locally does that for you. Through a Online Locally account, all activity from all publishers will be contained in one centralized reporting area, so there is no need for an advertiser to log into multiple accounts to view reports.
